Here is what happens during a Soul Session

Step 1 –

For the first part of the ceremony I will be working on clearing your home space, body and soul of any negative energies, e.g., entities, geopathic stress, curses, negative energetic patterns and thought forms, etc. You don’t need to be in your home for this one and all you really need to do is to allow anything that no longer serves you to leave. 

You may have detox symptoms after the clearing, particularly if you have been sleeping over a geopathic zone for some time, so drink lots of clean water and get out into nature to ground yourself. 

Step 2 - 

For the second part of the ceremony I will perform a soul retrieval for you. I will send you a short voice note on what I experienced during the soul retrieval. Soul retrieval is a powerful process, and if possible, I would suggest you find some quiet time and lie down with an open heart to receiving back the parts of yourself that have been in hiding, lost, or stolen. 

You may have repressed (possibly painful) memories come up, or situations that need to be addressed to help the soul parts fully land, so if this happens take time out to find the gems that are hidden there. After the ceremony take time out in nature to help integrate the process. 

Step 3 - 

I will send you a meditation to help integrate the soul parts so when you feel ready have a listen to it at a time you won’t be disturbed.
